Welcome to Deermark Cleaning Solutions LLC dba Deermark Cleaning Solutions and Deermark Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website, if applicable. By requesting, booking, or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Deermark Cleaning Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of services, pricing, and scheduling will be agreed upon before work begins. Additional services requested after the initial agreement may incur additional charges.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• Estimates are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

• Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, or scope of the property differs from the original description.

• Any additional work requested during or after the service may result in additional charges.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed upon acceptance by the Company.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information.

• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

• Notify us promptly of any scheduling conflicts.

Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation or lockout fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property.

• Secure pets before the cleaning appointment.

• Inform us of any hazards or special instructions.

• Remove cash, jewelry, firearms, confidential documents, and other valuables before service.

We are not responsible for items left unsecured.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning, you should notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may, at our discretion, return to address any areas that did not meet the agreed-upon cleaning standards.

Refunds are issued solely at the Company’s discretion.

6. Property Damage

While we exercise reasonable care during service, accidents may occasionally occur.

Customers must report any alleged damage within 48 hours of the service.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Pre-existing damage.

• Damage caused by unstable, improperly installed, or defective items.

• Manufacturer defects.

Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the damaged item, or paying the fair market value of the item, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deermark Cleaning Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we determine that conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond the scope of our services.

Examples include:

• Biohazards

• Mold infestations

• Dangerous animals

• Illegal activity

• Structural hazards

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, service descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials are the property of Deermark Cleaning Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use customer information solely for providing services, communicating with customers, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, utility interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting or otherwise providing notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Deermark Cleaning Solutions regarding the services provided and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
